ISSFN CME 2018

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION:

We encourage original research work. All abstract will be reviewed by panel of experts and then would be accepted as oral free paper/poster presentations during CME.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:

• Only CME Registered delegates or students are allowed to submit the abstract for paper/poster or video.
• There will be Two categories to submit the abstract. 1. Functional Neurosurgery 2. Stereotactic
• The abstract for the paper/poster need to be brief – not more than 300 words.
• The first author will be the contact person for all the correspondence about the presentation.
• Only one submission as first author will be accepted.
• All abstracts are to be submitted in English.
• Please choose appropriate theme related to your presentation.
• All abstracts must be submitted by E mail on issfncme2018@gmail.com
• The title should be short and concise, & must NOT be written in capital letters.
• The abstract should not contain broad statements like "The results will be discussed"
• You may use standard abbreviations, however mention unusual abbreviations in brackets after the full word, when it appears for the first time.
• Use numerals to indicate numbers, except when beginning the sentences.
• Case reports are generally not accepted unless they bring significant and novel biological information, they will be converted to poster presentations
• Last date for submission of Abstracts is 25th August 2018.
• All Submissions will be acknowledged by email. So, please provide your current working E mail ID along with Mobile number.
• By submission of an Abstract, the author transfers copyright ownership to the organizing committee for publications.
        The Organizing committee reserves the right to reproduce the abstract/presentation made in conference in print or electronic media.
• Abstracts / papers previously published or presented at any national or international meeting are not permitted.
• Abstracts / papers previously published or presented at local or state levels are permitted, but the details need to be mentioned in the submission.
• The Scientific committee will review the abstracts & the acceptance will be communicated to the presenting author by 25th September 2018.
• The Scientific Committee reserves the right to allocate a session time or change the presentation type.
• The video Submission
• For the video submission, an edited video with title and details of the procedure should be uploaded on the dropbox, using the link.
• Special prizes will be given to the best e-posters as well as videos by the organizing committee.

Registration for ISSFN CME

• Registration Guidelines:
• CME Registration is mandatory for Live Surgical Workshop and Hands-on Workshop.
• Registration fees will be based on the date of receipt of payment.
• Photocopy of Id Proof (Driving License/Passport/Election Card) of the delegates is a must; please send it along with registration form.
• Provide all the necessary details as required in the form; it will be used for the conference communication only.
• Please preserve photocopy for your record.
• PG students have to submit the confirmation certificate duly signed by HOD(Compulsory).
• Provide us your updated email id; it will be used for the registration receipt and other conference communication.
• Organizing Committee shall not liable in any form in case of changes in date/venue due to unforeseen reasons.
• Conference Organizers are not responsible for postal delays/failure of delivery by post or failure of electronic communication.
• Cancellation and Refund Policy For Registration
• All Cancellation should be made in writing and sent to Conference Secretariat.
• All Cancellation received on or Before 31st May 2018 will be entitled for 50% refund of the registration amount paid.
• No refund for cancellation made after 15th July 2018.
• The refund process will begin only after 30 days of the conference. Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is receive.
